  I set up a grid around our house according to Feng Shui placement. For eg. In the money area I have malachite, citrine and a few other stones in a purple (purple is the Feng Shui color for wealth) silk satchel hanging in that corner of the house. In the marriage area I have ruby, garnet and rose quartz in a pink satchel. In the children and fame areas I have pieces of blood-stone (for legal matters) because I'm currently going through a custody dispute.

And yes, I have seen a difference with my Feng Shui grid. Especially with the legal matters. My ex, who was pulling some dirty underhanded stuff before, still tries but now things are coming to light before the judge. Yes, I also believe that the properties and energy of the crystals/stones remain constant, no matter what size they are :)
I love the crystals you have chosen for your house grid. You are laying them out exactly as they need to be.

Now, on the crystals/stones you are going to put by the door. You can do it a couple of ways. You can put them on the inside- one on the right of the door and one to the left of the door or you can put them on the outside-one on the right and one on the left. The idea is to remove negative energy from anyone who is entering your sacred space, your home.

  i too am a beginer and i was told that the energies and properties of the little stones are the same as the big ones i have made a grid of sealinite around my home by putting it in every corner i also put black obsidian in the corners it has helped with the negativety in my home which was alot i read alot and am learning . i too would like to find a house kit that wouldn't cost to much.when you say put the stones on both sides ofc the housedo you mean on the inside and out or on the right and left of the door i am looking for crystals for my health and spiritual well being thanks so much for listening  (Submitted by: LYDIA on May 01, 2010)

  What great advice~~ I didn't know about putting pyrite on either side of the door... love the idea.... and yes, safety would be necessary with large crystals in a window... and would suggest with the upcoming Full Moon, that any crystals used be put out in the moonlight...and blessed and thanked for their loving energies.  (Submitted by: Jeanne on April 26, 2010)
