Hi!

Great website. I am working on my order but I need your help. I want to put some crystals in my house for general purification, protection, expanding consciousness, energy, vitality — so I was thinking to put jumbo rose quartz sphere in the center of the house and clear quartz towers in the windows? I was also thinking about some grounding crystals or cubes or pyramids — for root chakras because it is a family weakness. Is it enough? Too much? Does it make sense? Do you have a recommended house package? I would suggest you make some ready "kits" for beginners.  Right now its like buying a plane without a pilot's license :-)

I love the way you are setting up your home — it is like a large grid! Very cool! I also love the idea of a house package kit! I will definitely pass that on to the crystal creators :)

Rose Quartz sphere in the middle sounds perfect. I am not sure about natural clear quartz, but I know the reconstituted quartz (used for making super clear spheres) works very similar to a magnifying glass and can set stuff on fire, so just to be safe, I would limit the quartz towers in windows that do not get direct sunlight :) You may even want to put the quartz towers in each corner of the house (North, South, East and West). This will amplify the energy of all of the crystals within the home.

To ground, you could use something like Hematite or Black Obsidian, etc.

To keep negativity out of the home, place a piece of Black Tourmaline on either side of the door where family and visitors enter and exit. It basically keeps their "stuff" out of your home :)

Something else to consider would be Pyrite. Pyrite is known as a stone of luck, helping to attract abundance, wealth and prosperity to the user, via its creative energies of manifestation, and its encouragement of following one's dreams. Pyrite not only deflects negative energies, but also helps to release negative and inhibiting patterns of behavior. Pyrite can enhance one's will during challenging times and supports the action necessary for personal growth and success. Pyrite also promotes good physical health and emotional well-being.

I know all of the suggestions can be a bit overwhelming, so what I would recommend is keep it simple in the beginning. The Rose Quartz sphere is a definite :) Quartz towers in four corners of the home (North, South, East, West), Black Tourmaline on either side of the door where folks enter and exit, Grounding stones in one corner of each room (your choice of stone and corner), and a nice Pyrite for abundance, health and well being :)

You will find that you may want to move the crystals around on occasion and that is perfectly ok. The most important thing is to go with what you feel is right for you. Feel free to ask other questions as you need to. We are here to assist :)

  I set up a grid around our house according to Feng Shui placement. For eg. In the money area I have malachite, citrine and a few other stones in a purple (purple is the Feng Shui color for wealth) silk satchel hanging in that corner of the house. In the marriage area I have ruby, garnet and rose quartz in a pink satchel. In the children and fame areas I have pieces of blood-stone (for legal matters) because I'm currently going through a custody dispute.

And yes, I have seen a difference with my Feng Shui grid. Especially with the legal matters. My ex, who was pulling some dirty underhanded stuff before, still tries but now things are coming to light before the judge. Yes, I also believe that the properties and energy of the crystals/stones remain constant, no matter what size they are :)
I love the crystals you have chosen for your house grid. You are laying them out exactly as they need to be.

Now, on the crystals/stones you are going to put by the door. You can do it a couple of ways. You can put them on the inside- one on the right of the door and one to the left of the door or you can put them on the outside-one on the right and one on the left. The idea is to remove negative energy from anyone who is entering your sacred space, your home.
