Subject: Size and pricing

Greetings Shawn,
I have a question about size and pricing.  In the examples below the largest small is 1" and the smallest medium is 1".

Small (5/8" - 1") ($5.00)
Medium (1" - 1-1/2") ($12.00)
Large (1-1/2" - 2") ($28.00)
XL Specimens (2" - 2-1/2") ($62.00)

Therefore, if you sent me a medium for $12.00 and it happened to be 1" I would have been better off buying the small in the hopes that it is 1" and save myself $7.00.  The Price jump of large to XL is quite substantial.  I would be upset if I ordered a XL specimen (a $34. jump) and only received a 2" specimen.  This reasoning applies to all your size and pricing.  Please let me know if this is so.  There is alot of happenchance going on here.  I could end up paying a lot of extra $$ because you put the smaller size of a price category in my order.

Thank you for your help and Blessed be...
Lesley

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Lesley,

Thanks for your email.  I understand your concern, however to achieve the discounted prices that we offer, we sell our crystals in the size ranges listed.  Sometimes the crystals are towards the larger end of the range and sometimes they are on the smaller end.  If you purchase a few different crystals you will find that it all averages out.

For the discounted prices that we offer, we cannot choose only the larger sized crystals for you, but if you have a particular crystal you are wanting to be a larger size, you can put this request in the comment section during checkout and we will do our best to accomodate your request based upon the stock that we have available.

If you are not happy with any of your crystals, we offer a great return policy and all you need to do is to contact us for a RMA number and mail them back to us for a refund.

Thanks again for visiting our website and we hope to hear from you again soon!

Love and Harmony,

Shawn Adler
