Question: What Crystals can I Keep Around my Desk to keep it Safe from a Coworker’s Dark Vibe?

Hi! I’m going to have a person at work test my last nerve. I ordered both a Rose Quartz and Amethyst from you. I need to block her nasty attitude while keeping myself calm and serene!! Would it be bad to wear them both? Also, are there any suggestions for additional crystals to keep around my desk to keep it safe from her dark vibe? Thanks so much for taking the time - I really appreciate it!!! Have a great day!!!

-R

Answer:  Hi R,

Thank you for contacting Healing Crystals! I totally understand how it feels to want to block out negative energy in a work place. Using crystals is a great step to cleansing the energy and promoting a positive work environment. Rose Quartz and Amethyst can definitely be worn together. I have a couple other suggestions for you!

Black Tourmaline is one of the best to ward off negativity and psychic attack. As well, Blue Kyanite repels bullying, negative language, and bad attitudes. You could wear these crystals while at work, and also at home. You could also keep them in your pockets, or on your work desk!

I suggest that you hold a strong intention when working with these crystals. Hold the crystals and focus on your intention for using them, so you can direct the healing energy. As well, if you are able to smudge your work space with dried herbs this is also a good way to promote positive energy, good vibes and a healthy work environment.

For the times when you’re having a hard time getting around this negative person, you could create an affirmation for yourself. While holding or focusing your attention on a crystal, repeat the affirmation to yourself (in your mind or out loud). An example affirmation is: "My work place needs my positive energy and outlook. My employees benefit from my positivity and I am helping to create a safe environment."
