Hi! My husband and I are trying to sell our current home in order to buy another home of smaller size since our children are now adults. Is there something that I can do to encourage buyers to purchase this house? Thanks for your suggestions in advance.

Thanks for your question. When trying to sell a house, I would first clear the energy of the whole house by smudging it with sage. After you light the sage, use a feather and fan the smoke around every room including all corners. Then when you are finished, open all the windows and allow the fresh air to flush the rooms and remove any stagnant or negative energy. I would also place Black Tourmaline, Iron Pyrite, Rose Quartz and Sunstone around your home to encourage the sale and promote a pleasing energy in the home that will be inviting to potential buyers.
