Clear Quartz DT Point

Question:

"Do we need to recharge Clear Quartz to get its healing power back in some period of time? Or the healing power of Clear Quartz is always in it and it just works according to our intention put on it when we hold the CLEAR QUARTZ DT POINTS (BRAZIL) to apply its healing power on our body. Please explain. Please explain how to hold and move clockwise or counter-clockwise, the CLEAR QUARTZ DT POINT on the body area/part that needs the healing."

Answer:

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

You don't need to charge Clear Quartz as it's not a battery or if charging isn't part of your practice. You do need to cleanse it of energetic debris if that's part of your practice and workings with crystals.

If you'd like to bring positive energy to the body, point the points toward the body.

If you'd like to let go of stagnant energy within the body then point it outward.

If it's a double terminated point, be sure you're clear with your intention as energy flows both ways with a DT (double terminated) point. If you're not sure what would be best, what makes DT points so cool to use is that you can then use the intention for the point to support the body in whatever way it needs, this way you're trusting your body to let go of stagnant energy or welcome in positive vibrations.

I hope this helps!
