What is the best crystal to help with anxiety and chronic insomnia? Is it Aragonite and if so which form is best?

Thanks so much for your question about crystals to help with anxiety and chronic fatigue. Here are a few suggestions:
Anxiety, Reduce: Amethyst, Black Tourmaline, Black Onyx, Green Aventurine, Calcite, Green Chlorite, Chrysoprase, Howlite, Lepidolite, Lithium Quartz, Mangano Calcite, Rose Quartz, Rhodochrosite
Fatigue: Apophyllite, Carnelian, Garnet, Iolite, Rose Quartz, Rutilated Quartz, Sunstone, Tiger Iron
Aragonite is a power crystal and if you feel called to work with it then I would recommend that you go with that. It doesn't really matter which form you use - whether it is natural or tumbled the energy will still be helpful. When you look at the pictures online - or if you purchase one in person - see which one feels right and go for it. Don't over think it - just trust and the right crystal will come to you. I really like Sunstone for you - if feels like it would brighten your energy and that will relieve the anxiety and the fatigue. I hope that you feel better very soon.
