Hi. I'm trying to quit smoking which is really hard to do on my own. I've tried many times with many failed attempts. Which crystals would help aid me in finally kicking this nasty habit? Thanks for your help.

Thanks for contacting us with your question. I’m glad that you have decided to quit smoking. Brown Jasper, Hematite and Peridot are all helpful with quitting smoking. You may also find Amber and Amethyst useful as they can help you to overcome addictions. You should wear these crystals as much as possible to help you stay strong. It would also help to drink crystal water made with these crystals too. All of the crystals except for Hematite can be placed directly in the water. Hematite will rust over time in water, so if you choose to make water or an elixir with it, try the indirect method. I hope this info helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
