Hi, I just bought a Chakra bracelet. I'm new to crystals and have soo many areas in my life / house/ work place that I want to change. Is it ok to wear the bracelet to help me get started? Thank you.

Thanks for sending us your question and for your support of Healing Crystals.Chakra jewelry is a great way to start out working with crystals because they contain several different types and allow you to experience the benefits of all of them. They also have the advantage of being designed to raise your vibration and balance and open all your chakras. Please remember to also clear the energy of the stones periodically to keep them working at their best. The article Methods for Clearing Your Crystals has some different ways to do this.
