Quite honestly, there are a lot of variables with this. A lot of it depends on how long and thick the Palo Santo stick is. Also if you have a fan near it, it could cause it to burn quicker. Most of the sticks that I use last for probably about 20 minutes, but again there are so may variables.
I would just try out a stick and time it to get an average for the ones you have selected.
