Hi,
Im wondering if there is any kind of crystal, mineral or gemstone that has the power to channel energy for political change? Or energy to tackle injustice, poverty, racism or hatred? I know that most stones channel healing energy which would eventually mean political change but I interested to know if there is anything with a more specific energy.

GREAT question! One that is going to put me to the test for sure! :)
There are quite a few crystals that will help to facilitate change in general. I think that by using these crystals and filling/programming them with you specific intent, they will work towards your goals.
Danburite is a wonderful crystal to have when facing change or facilitating it. It brings in the divine source, unconditional love energy, helping to manifest change. Danburite brings a calming energy, in times of severe stress. Most often, Danburite is used for matters of the heart, finding love, etc....but I strongly feel that there is no better way to affect change than to fill our hearts with love, peace, and forgiveness.
Another crystal that can be of service is
Morganite. Morganite activates the heart chakra and connects us to Divine Unconditional Love. Holding a piece of Morganite brings a sense of deep peace and joy, both within ourselves and with the world. Morganite to me, is also a stone of action. It reminds me of......remember the "Teach the world to sing" Coke commercials (if you are old enough to remember those....I think I may be showing my age here..LOL). One man, on a mountain, holding a Coke, begins to sing, "I'd like to teach the world to sing, in perfect harmony....." slowly two others join the lone man, then more and more, until the mountain and surrounding hill sides are filled with joyous people. Ok, maybe a corny example, but, for me Morganite teaches us that it starts with one. The joy of the action will spread....
While Danburite and Morganite are a higher vibrational, love energy, Tiger Iron is more nested in the physical manifestations of change. Tiger Iron helps us to find courage and refuge in times of danger (which would include poverty, injustice, racial tensions, hate, etc). Tiger Iron, like Golden Brown Tiger Eye, is helpful in manifesting ideas into reality and giving courage in times of change.
You can use tiger iron to enhance creative energies and to increase the ability to transfer the resulting ideas into reality. Tiger iron can also facilitate self-confidence and the courage of convictions, bringing encouragement to help one persevere in the face of overwhelming odds. Tiger Iron is overwhelmingly helpful in providing that boost of personal power needed to overcome any particularly difficult obstacles.
Rainforest Rhyolite is also another physically oriented stone. It is another stone that can help to encourage and support your cause. While it does contain general healing properties, it can be one to facilitate change, be it one person or many.
Remember, it just takes one to start a movement :) I feel that you are very passionate about effecting change and I totally support you in your intent :)
While I have not been able to specifically name one crystal that can effect political change, I hope these recommendations will give you a great start.
