Question:
"Hi, I have a thirteen year old cat, who is poorly, I’m suspecting he is nervous and stressed due to other cats in the neighbourhood. He has stopped eating as much and has lost weight. Can you recommend a healing crystal for him please?"
Answer:
Hi S,
I'm so sorry to hear that your cat is not doing well. I first must state our disclaimer. We feel that crystals can complement other therapies and support energetic well-being. Crystals should not be used as a replacement for medical treatment. For medical advice, please consult a licensed healthcare specialist. And we feel the same regarding animals and proper veterinary care.
That being said, I can recommend some crystals that may help support your cat along with the treatment your vet recommends. For animals who may be dealing with stress, Dalmatian Stone is my first choice. It's soothing/nurturing properties have been found to be quite useful for animals. For his appetite issues, I recommend Orange Calcite. This crystal is helpful for abdominal problems and also for dental problems, which is sometimes the cause for animals eating less. Please be sure not to leave the crystals out where the animal may chew on them or swallow them.
I wish you the best of luck and hope that your cat has a speedy recovery. Please don't hesitate to contact us if we can of further assistance.
Best Wishes,
Nicole Marie, from Sol Path Tarot and Crystal Magick
