Would you be willing to provide some helpful resources on the scientific principles that the energy vibration is based on? I'm wondering why the stones have particular energetic vibrations.

While numerical vibration has to do with the name of the crystal which is then transferred to numbers (first presented by the crystal author Melody), energetic vibrations have to do with the chemical composition and crystalline structure of the crystal. We provide information on those in the listing for all our crystals and more information can be found in most metaphysical crystal books, most notably those by Judy Hall. Michael Gienger has explored the effect of different crystalline structures on people's energetic patterns in great depth in the first part of his book Crystal Power, Crystal Healing (1998). Finally, Dr. Randy Gerber, M.D. has written about this from both scientific and metaphysical perspectives in his chapter on crystals and how they "work" in his book Vibrational Medicine (third edition).
