Thank you for reaching out to us.
I haven't heard of Labradorite being useful for providing relief from headaches BUT that doesn't mean that it cannot be used for that if that's what you were intuitively guided to use.
Crystals that I personally like to use for headache relief include Rose Quartz on my Third Eye Chakra with a grounding stone at my feet like Black Tourmaline, Petrified Wood or a piece of Red Jasper under each foot. I lie there for about 10-15 minutes with my stones. Sometimes I actually fall asleep.
Another crystal that many use for headache relief is actually Amethyst and it's known to be helpful for that.
As always, crystals are tools that we can use to complement other forms of therapy but they are not a cure and shouldn't be used to substitute medical advice or treatment. Please consult with your doctor if you find your headache is persisting.
