Thanks for your question!
Distance healing is a Reiki term for sending healing energy to someone who is not with you. It is usually done by having the permission of the person you are sending healing to. I have them send me a picture of themselves that I can use as a focus for the healing, sending them my intention to extend healing energy for their greater good and physical healing. Many times if it is to be a continuing expenditure of healing over a period of time, I will set up a grid of crystals to help power the healing energy. That way you can set it up, start the energy flowing and program it for the length of time the healing will be needed.
