Hi I have bought a beautiful Lapis Lazuli pendent, I was very attracted to it so I believe I need it. In my crystal book it says to be placed above the sternum so does that mean I need to put it on a choker necklace? How low can I wear it? I have rope necklace which places it just above my heart. What do you think? Thanks.

Thank you for your inquiry. You can wear yourLapis Lazuli pendant wherever it feels comfortable. I have one that hangs between my heart and throat chakras, and feel that it enhances my communication. When you are not wearing it as jewelry you could also place it on your third eye while you meditate.
