Hello, I volunteer at a local No-Kill Animal Shelter and there are many senior dogs suffering with arthritis. Malachite and Fluorite work well with humans and I assume they will work just as well with animals. What is the best way to work with crystals on these precious animals to help alleviate their pain? I don't think I'll be able to setup a grid around them (they could possibly eat the crystals)...do you have any suggestions? And are there any other crystals that may help them? Thank you!
Dear C,
Thank you for your inquiry. It is wonderful that the animals have you to help them. There are a couple of ways that you can help them. You can create a gridand put the names of the animals that need healing underneath the grid. A picture can be taken of the grid and placed in the room where the dogs are being kept. If possible, charge the water with the crystals so that they can absorb the energy through the water. Wear the crystals that are beneficial to the dog and pet the ones you can touch. This way will allow the energy of the crystals to flow through your aura to the dogs. The following video may also have more suggestions that you can use.
Another option besides crystals is something I recommend to my clients. Please play this Reiki video (Reiki for Pets) in the same room as the animals. If you can't do this, play it at home and have a Clear Quartzwith the name of the dogs underneath it. The Reiki will be amplified by the crystal and will be sent to the animals.
We look forward to hearing from and please feel free to contact us with any questions.
I hope that these recommendations can be of assistance and that crystals grace your journey with love and light.
Crystal Blessings!

Depending on the cause, arthritis may affect one or any number of your dog's joints.Arthritis is commonly worse in overweight and unfit dogs, so the most important therapy is the combination of weight control and exercise management.Supplements also play an important role in treatment of dogs from arthritis.I use pet bounce for dogs for my dog.It is a natural pain relief for dogs.
