In my experience, wearing necklaces with multiple crystals can work very well. The Clear Quartz and the Rose Quartz should be very good together. Clear Quartz is a wonderful amplifier and can boost the properties of crystals paired with it.
When you put your crystals together be aware of their properties to be sure they compliment each other. For example, you don't want to use a crystal for blocking energy and a crystal to open your third eye during meditation.
