When it comes to using crystals like Selenite to assist us on a physical level, such as supporting bone health and healing, it is important to remember that crystals work energetically so they cannot magically grow or cure anything.
For bone health and healing, I'd recommend meditating with the crystal and holding the intention of "my bones are healthy and healing", then visualising what that feels like to have healthy and healing bones, and sitting in that visualisation and feeling for as long as needed, about 15 minutes.
