I am seeking specific advise on ridding or detaching oneself from a negative entity.
Too keep a long story short, as I have grown in consciousness, I increasingly got the feeling something was following me or wanted to counteract that growth, but I chalked it up to paranoia. Strange things began to happen to me in the twilight between dream and wakefulness and I became anxious and afraid, fleeing my apartment at 4:35 am to sleep at a friends house because I was tormented. At some points I could hear a strange vicious buzzing following my thoughts.
Last weekend, I saw a "psychic" who I asked if negative spirits were following me or in my house. She told me that I had an ancestor heavily guarding me protecting me, but also some other non related deceased man attacking me and the noise I heard was a clash between the two. While I am not sure how correct her analysis was, it made a lot of sense because I did get the feeling someone was battling over my thoughts.
It has become clear to me that I am under psychic attack and as I have realized it fully and prepared to do battle my fear has lessened and things have gotten better. The spirit has however employed a number of scare tactics in my half sleep as well as in dreams I believe and I was intensely sick with headaches, dizzyness, neck pain and throat aches the past 3 days, I am getting better now but symptoms remain.
