I must share the standard disclaimer that I am not a doctor and cannot give out medical advice. Crystals for healing should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care.
A sphere is able to tap into the energy flow of time in the form of scrying. By stating your intent to view a certain incident or time period, you can in some way control what you will see. Each person sees differently, some see symbols, some see clips like in a movie, some see snap shots as in a photograph. Scrying can be a usful tool in that it allows us to reach information that was previously unavailable such as painful memories that need to be cleared, it can identify blocks that may be preventing progress in your advancement. It opens you not just to time but can open you to you subconcious. I am giving you this link as it gives a good description of the steps and process of scrying and how it can be used. What many people don't realize is that any surface can be used for scrying and any stone can be used.
