Thank you for contacting Healing Crystals with your crystal question. First, let me share that I am not medical professional and cannot make diagnoses nor prescribe medical treatments. Crystals are meant to be a complimentary therapy used along with whatever your medical professional prescribes.
Angeliteand Sodaliteare both wonderful healing crystals with many healing properties. Unfortunately, since I have no idea what results you want, I cannot make a specific recommendation for how you should use these crystals. You could hold them and meditate with them. You could lay them on the part of your body that needs healing. You could charge water with them by placing each one next to a glass of water for several hours. You could put them near your bed while you sleep.
