Hello. I need help with choice of crystals. I have 15 month old restless baby, He has had difficulties with sleep since he was born. He is awake 10 times per night, sometimes more, and it is not easy to get him back to sleep. Thank you.

The first crystal that came to my mind was Amethyst, which is one of the most recommended stones for relaxation and sleeping. However, do take a look at our video titled Crystals to Help Children Sleep (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r_xHgpFfXls ) for more suggestions, since you may need to experiment a little to find which one helps your little one the most. Since there can be many different reasons for inability to relax and sleep through the night, we suggest trying a few different crystals that have the calming and grounding properties, to see which one best suits your -- and in this case, your child's--personal energy.

When you get the crystals make sure that they are in the form that the child can not swallow them and make sure to put it out of his reach (some people put them under the mattress, for instance). You may also want to hold or have the crystal in form of a necklace yourself, and then hold your baby or just his hand, as he is drifting to sleep.
