| I'm bipolar and I use this stone to counteract the depressive portion of my illness. The lithium in the stone gives a small dose without the side effects. I carry a piece with me at all times, but most especially in the winter when my symptoms are the worst. These specimens are larger and more sparkly than others I've purchased from another company and for about the same price. I'm no doctor, but this stone has always worked for me. I highly reccommend for people battling depression or bipolar and gift specimens to friends going through trauma/depression often. Great product, fast shipping, great price. Way better quality than I was expecting, even coloration, smooth and juicy purple ( I bought the 1 1/4" - 1 3/4" Chunky) :D I have many crystals, but for whatever reason I always find myself holding this one!!
