  I really enjoy meditating with this stone. When I am feeling overwhelmed with problems in life or unsure of myself, I hold my stone and move to a quiet area where meditating becomes very easy. I feel like I get a new outlook on life and on problems that I felt totally overwhelmed with. I develope a whole new way of working on stress issues. AND it is a beautiful stone.
