  Thank you! This lithium quartz is an excellent quality crystal as well as sweet, gentle, patient, and balancing. I'm bipolar and take lithium as a mood stabilizer.   Love this crystal! It has an amazing vibration, brings calmness almost instantly. At first I would put it on when I came home from work to relax, was not sure if it would make me too relaxed or drowsy, but I found that it works great when carried all day as well.
