I get the rocking feelings all the time. I've never really had an OBE but I've come close. I've herd unexplainable noises while laying down twice while doing this. One time I was wearing an amethyst citrine necklace. And another time wearing sapphire earrings. I got into this very recently in the summer. Someone very close to me got me into it.
