  I love Malachite. I have used it my my shoes when reclined. The shoes hold them against my arches and I do this for back pain. Within about 45 minutes the pain is gone and before I get on my feet I remove the stones from my shoes. You would be surprised how many people have tried to walk with them in their shoes and can't figure out why it hurts. You have to draw them a picture so they will take them out and the light bulb comes on. I also will hold one in my hand when I have elbow pain and again in about 45 minutes to an hour I can go on. I use it when I am doing long distance healing sometimes too. It will help me send that energy out where I am helping.
