  I have made crystal elixirs this way and my favorite thing to do is use clear quartz in a spray bottle. I use this instead of smudging with sage. Also if I need a pick me up I will squirt a mist in my face. It is an instant pick me up and causes lots of smiles and laughter. :)  (Submitted by: Jen on May 07, 2012)
