  I make crystal jewelry and often channel (ascended masters) combinations of crystals for specific healing purposes. A helpful combination I've found for grief is: amazonite with garnet (almandine), citrine and howlite. Grief often is wrapped up with regrets, heartbreak, trauma, a lack of will to continue living without the person who passed away and often an inability to communicate all these feelings.
