  It's been a few years since this post but would like to help. I have used a polished selenite palm stone to help with my dermatitis. I actually eliminated dry scaly spots from my skin!   Thank you! I'm going to try this for my husband. Going to the closest metaphysical store after work today to pick him up some Blue Lace Agate and Labradorite. At this very point, I am in such pain and can't wait for the healing to begin. It's so very hard when you have to use your hands for everything.
Do I hold these in my hands and meditate for healing?
