  I agree about the fluorite, my husband and I both sleep on top of heart shape fluorite that we exchanged with each-other on 8/8/08...that really helps us at night.....I like mugglestone/Tiger iron which is composed of 2 billion year old sedimentary deposits comprise of chet or even tiger's eye, red jasper and black or silver gray hematite. The combination of the 3 is diffrent from just straight hematite. labradorite has a calming and harmonizing effect which helps me as an Empath. You may want to try Amber as it carries a negative electrical energy charge and therefore is good to draw power and energy into its bearer. Amber gives a soothing, light energy that is both calming and energizing at the same time.
