I just wanted to say "Thank You" for this wonderful information ! I have been studying and practicing (on myself only) crystal therapy for the past 2-3years. Lately I have been suffering nausea and vommitting and don't like taking pills of any kind. Not even over-the-counter meds. So when I googled about which crystals help with nausea, this was the first link that popped up. I have been on your site shopping for crystals, but was not aware of the great information about them as well. This helps so much. Thank you again !  (Submitted by: Crystal on April 11, 2013)

  Hi,
I also suffered Hyperemesis in my 4th pregnancy with my Son William, The sickness was horrendous, I could not even keep water down & I felt nausea & vomiting for 40weeks. I believe this felt like a cruel form of torture which left me anemic & very ill. The only relief I got was when I was sleeping. I was given antiemetics (anti sickness tablets from the hospital, which they told me would be safe & unfortunatly my Son William was born with a very rare condition called Arthrogryposis (Muscle weakness and stiff limbs and joint contractures with no cure. I don't normally even take a paracetamol and I trusted the hospital and took the tablets as I could not function I was so weak and ill. I still think it was the tablets as the side effects said could cause Muscle stiffness. My Son Is doing ok now although he may never walk.

I believe that the crystals can help & from my experience I found that if you lay on your side with your 2 knees and 2 ankles touching this will relieve some of the nausea, there must be pressure points there somewhere & it defiantly worked for me, also sipping fizzy water which washes away the rising acid from the stomach also helps to relieve the nausea. I also bought a pot of dehydration test sticks from Boots so I knew when I should go to hospital for fluid drips. (Part of my Son's condition could have been caused by lack of fluid in the womb due to me being dehydrated, the hospital did not watch me well, that is why I got my own test sticks)

I found out this week that I am in my 5th and final pregnancy, I am over the moon but am feeling nausea again, I only hope that I do not get Hyperemesis again as it is only suppose to affect 1 in 500 pregnancies, they say I have a 50% chance of getting it again but I am trying to tell myself that I will only get the normal morning sickness that I had with my other Children. I am going to try the crystals & other relaxation techniques.

I hope your friend is doing ok & I hope her sickness stops soon, not everyone has it till the end of the pregnancy, hang in there & once your body's hormones settle it may get easier. Get plenty of rest to keep your strength up & keep an eye on the dehydration and get medical help straight away if you are becoming dehydrated.

best of luck, big hugs its all worth when you have your baby in your arms : )
