  I suggest you dig into Orgonites, easy to create and it will suck out all the negativity from radio waves and negative thoughts, because everything is a vibration/frequency everything and any kind of action can create negative and positive energy!

  Ria, The advice to smudge your house was excellent I would agree that the White sage is best. I am also a reiki practitioner and if you are a 2nd degree or higher the symbols are very powerful to set up sacred space in your home use in all corners. Pendulums also can show you the stagnent energy. The crystal advice is amazing. Your questions were brave and entities do existBlessings
