For the fatigue, if you can lay your hands on it, Tanzanite is awesome stuff! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, and its primary "seats" are in my lower spine and pelvis, so I have some idea of what you're going through. The drugs I have to take to control the condition, can leave me totally wiped out - I call the phenomenon a DMARD (Disease Modifying Anti Rheumatic Drug) hangover, because it really feels like an alcohol hangover, but without having touched a drop - and I've been lucky enough to get my hands on a stunning Tanzanite solitaire pendant, which clears said "hangover" in not more than 15 minutes. It can even help me get a more normal night's sleep and wake up feeling more refreshed than I otherwise would. Tanzanite is, of course, very rare (in nature, it's a thousand times more so than Diamond), but if you hunt around a little, you can obtain laboratory-grown Tanzanite for a very reasonable price. If you don't want a lab-grown piece (there is a lot of pointless snobbery about lab-grown gems: growing crystals in a laboratory, doesn't harm the environment by scarring the landscape with mining; much larger crystals can be grown than would be found in nature; they're grown in a controlled environment, so they're always flawless; and they're much cheaper and more ethical while still beimg chemically and structurally identical to the mined gems) then check out The Jewellery Channel -- they own a one-eighth share in Tanzanite One, a Tanzanian mining company which deals exclusively with Tanzanite.

As for the pain, yes, absolutely, Lapis Lazuli and Black Tourmaline are wonderful for chronic pain. I use them myself. Amethyst can help too, especially if you suffer from headaches. Also consider Sapphire (cellular regeneration); Emerald and Aquamarine (both of which are excellent against inflammation, and if - as I suspect you do - you suffer from pain caused by nerve damage, Aquamarine is fantastic against that too); I personally use Peridot, Morganite and Zircon against DMARD-induced nightmares, plus blue-green (Paraibe) Apatite against a certain amount of co-morbid Osteoarthritis, and Alexandrite (another rather rare but very special gem) to help stop me from stressing out. Finally, topping it all off, Rose Quartz (for all manner of reasons) and Heliodor (for the pain and stiffness in my fingers first thing in the morning. No joke: Heliodor gives out a *very* warm energy. I can't hold my Heliodor tumblestone in my receiving hand for very long because the heat it radiates makes my palm itch).  (Submitted by: Cherry Blackmore on November 28, 2018)
