  So this just answered my question too! I was wondering the same thing about sunlight. Yesterday, I cleansed my crystals in salt water and wanted to put them in the sun today but its cloudy outside. So I didnt know if it would still work.  (Submitted by: Rachel on June 10, 2020)

  I was wondering this exact thing and although I had the idea that it was more so the intention than the actual physical presence of the moonlight, I wasn't exactky sure and wanted to utilize the magickal properties of the rare Friday the 13th Harvest Moon tonight.
