Thank you so much for publishing this article, it is what I have been looking for. My work environment can get hectic. I have about 30 employees in my department plus other coworkers to deal with. I have been carrying with me black tourmaline and recently red jasper but I think I forgot to program them as you suggested. As always great, helpful information in HealingCrystals.com.

  Thank you so much!!! I am an empath and I actually work with Alzheimer and Dementia Assisted Living Facility. This response could almost have been directed at me! I have actually been wearing Jasper and Moonstone at work because I have felt so scattered like I am being pulled in a million different directions from both residents and coworkers.
