Where can I get a coupon code?
Sign up for our newsletter and you'll be sure to receive a special code that entitles you to a discout along with a free crystal added to your order every month! Within each order placed, you'll also find a little card with a discount code that you can use on your next purchase. Join us on our social media where we post discount codes often!
Where do I place my coupon code?
You will see a white box marked "Enter Coupon Code" at checkout. Place your code in this field and click the "Redeem Coupon" button.
Why isn't my coupon code working?
Please note that only one coupon code can be applied per order. If your coupon code is not working, check to make sure you entered the coupon code correctly and that there are no spaces before or after the code. While our coupon system is not case sensitive, it does consider a space before or after the code as a character, so please make sure you have not accidentally added a space to the code when typing or copying the coupon. If a coupon code is expired or invalid, it will not apply, and you will see a message at the top of the shopping cart. We are based in Virginia, USA and our codes are valid to our EST timezone. If you are in another timezone and the code has already expired within our timezone, it won't work for you.
Remember to log in to your account and then copy and paste the code directly from the source. If this doesn't help, please clear your cache and try a different browser.
