Recommendations For Kidney And Liver Disease

I have recently been diagnosed with both kindey & liver disease. Please advise which crystals may help me and how to use them. Thank you

Thanks for reaching out to us. I’m sorry to hear about your condition. Aventurine strengthens the liver and helps recovery, and Iolite assists with liver regeneration and detoxifying. Another strong healing crystal is Dioptase, which is especially beneficial for the liver. You can also make an elixir from Dioptase to help, but because it makes a powerful elixir, you will want to start out with small doses a couple of times a day and you should use the indirect method. Mahogany Obsidian, Carnelian, Bloodstone and Amber are all helpful with Kidney problems. Try placing the crystals for your liver and kidneys directly over the affected area at least twice per day. I also recommend wearing them or carrying them constantly to absorb even more of the healing energies. Please remember to clear your crystals daily to keep them at their best.
