I just received my first order from you. I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised by the personal service I feel I have received. The hand written thank you on the invoice is a very nice touch and to know that yo uare trying to make a difference in third world countries is heart warming. I now know that I am not dealing with just another "supplier". We will be doing more business in the future.
