Healing crystals CAN work for everyone. The energy that the person feels may be subtle or more intense depending on the person and the circumstance they are using the crystals for. If a crystal worked for you on a certain condition before there is a strong chance that it will work in the same way again. Different crystals can help with different issues. I recommend you check out Common Conditions for a list of conditions and crystals that are beneficial for them.
If you feel strongly drawn to a crystal maybe it is an indication that you need the healing energy of that particular crystal at that time. You should try to trust what you feel when choosing your crystals to work with.
