Hello~
Why do I get intense headaches around clear quartz? This has happened even before I knew about crystals. As soon as I am around them, I do not feel myself and have a headache.

Hi Susan,
Clear Quartz is a master healer and amplifies the energies around it (be it crystals, a person, a space, etc) ten fold.
It sounds to me like you are sensitive to crystal energy. Since Clear Quartz is very powerful, you are reacting to that by getting headaches. Try holding a grounding crystal, like Red Jasper, Black Obsidian or Black Onyx when you are around Clear Quartz and see if that takes away that headache energy ;)
You may have to experiment a bit to see what grounding crystal works best. With time and some patience, I am sure you will find the perfect one :)

| I constantly wear rose quartz around my neck and have no problems with it! but when i hold my amethyst crystal within minutes i get a very intense migraine but when i set it back down it slowly goes away?? i swear i’m not crazy it’s just makes no sense because it just happened to me with my clear quartz! i keep a small clear quartz crystal in my purse and have it in there at all times. but when i just grabbed it out the bag and held on to it i got an intense migraine !! but i put it back in the bag and it’s slowing going away? this doesn’t make sense to me lol. both crystals i have out and around me and never impact me but when i hold onto them i start getting a major headache! it just doesn’t make sense (Submitted by: angel on November 24, 2020) |
