You and/or your friend might want to read this article on Human Static Electricity Generators... these were folks that for whatever reason, generated more than normal static electricity in their bodies, causing all types of electronics to freeze, shut down or overload. Of course, this is only one persons opinion, but it makes for very informative reading. The article also explains that it may be something in the environment (wearing certain clothing, wiring that is not grounded, shuffling feet, etc). Crystals are often used as a source of energy (radios, computers, etc), so it would make sense to me that they could also be used to regulate an energy flow. What I am going to recommend (to start) are some crystals that are very helpful in eliminating EMF's (electromagnetic frequencies). Things like this are often a hit and miss. Suggest to your friend that she works with these and see if they help. The three stones that I have listed to begin with will all help to balance and remove any excess frequencies. Try taping them to the electronic devices. Or have your friend wear a pendant or bracelet of Sodalite or Malachite. She can even carry a few tumbles in his pocket.
