Hi. My daughter was diagnosed with autism. She still cannot talk and likes to spend her time ripping paper. I am wondering which stones (crystals) would be good for her. Which would be the best stones (crystals)? It is better to buy a necklace, bracelet or a large stone? Thanks.

Hi E,

I’m sorry to hear about your daughter. Sugilite is said to be the most effective for dealing with Autsim. Charoite, Moldavite and Sodalite can also be helpful, but you may wish to be careful with Moldavite as this can be a bit strong for some people. To pick which stone(s) will work best , try having her look at photos of crystals and select the one that she is most attracted to if she is able to do this. If not, try asking the universe for guidance and select the crystal that your intuition guides you to use for her. It may take a few tries to find the right combination of crystals to help her symptoms. Your daughter will be affected by the crystals whether she wears them, places them in the room, or carries them in her pocket. It would help her to have them on her constantly and you will find that a necklace or bracelet is an easy way to do this. Also, please remember to clear the crystals daily, because you are using them for healing. I hope this helps her to feel better. Please let me know if I can help with anything else. I hope your journey is blessed with Love and Light.

Crystal Blessings,

Stephanie A.
