I hope you don't mine if I ask you one more question. What is the best crystal to wear when you practice yoga? I do yoga almost everyday and would love to have a necklace that I can wear during my daily class. Also, I was wondering if I can "mix" crystals? Can I, for example, wear a necklace and bracelet made out of different crystals at the same time? Is it ok, or it would take away the power of crystal? I really want to wear my Chakra pendant for my yoga practice, but also I would love to have a bracelet made out of Rose Quartz. Would this be okay? Thanks for your help! Really appreciate it!

Hi K,

I’m glad to hear you practice yoga. I love doing yoga too. Two crystals that can be helpful are Selenite, which is great for flexibility, and Blue Kyanite, which will help to balance your Chakras and energy. Blue Kyanite also clear blockages and supports the muscles and motor skills.

Absolutely you can mix crystals! You can put as many different crystals on as you feel comfortable wearing. Usually crystals enjoy the company of other crystals and can even amplify or harmonize with each other. The Rose Quartz bracelet should compliment and work well with your Chakra pendant. My only concern would be that the bracelet could be uncomfortable for some yoga poses, but you can decide that at the time. Of course, always listen to your intuition and your body, and if any crystal causes you to feel uncomfortable, anxious, nauseous or lightheaded you should remove that one and reintroduce it for only short periods of time. I hope you enjoy using crystal with yoga. Please let me know if I can help with anything else. Love and Light to you!

Crystal Blessings,

Stephanie A.
