Hi there. I frequently make grids for various purposes, mostly healing. Just recently, however, I have been thinking about making a gratitude grid as I often feel as though my guardians and guides work overtime looking after me and all of our household! I want to make a grid that will send out that feeling of gratitude continuously and remind me each time I see it to feel grateful and to count my blessings. I was hoping you could give me some ideas as to which crystals to use and some alternatives (Rose Quartz sprang to mind) and which shape for the center stone might be best.. Also should the points point in or out or would double terminated be good? Thank you for your help.

Hi J,
Thanks for sending us your question. Gratitude and thankfulness are very important. Some crystals that can promote feelings of gratitude and appreciation are Apatite, Tiger Eye, and Pink Sapphire. I also like to include Rose Quartz for its feeling of universal love. Try including these crystals in your grid. A heart shaped crystal would be perfect for the center of your grid, but any crystal that you have will work too. I suggest using double terminated quartz. Please let me know if I can help with anything else. May your journey be blessed with Love and Light.

Crystal Blessings,

Stephanie A.
