Hi. I'm new to crystal healing. Which stones can help heal me from severe mental, emotional and psychological trauma/abuse, calm my triggers, and help me feel safe again? I don't feel like myself. Is there anything I can wear on a daily basis that can be used in conjunction with my therapy sessions that'll help me feel more safe and less fearful and paranoid? I'd really appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.
I am sorry to hear about your current challenges but want to commend you for reaching out for support on your journey through healing. Rose Quartz can be a wondeful ally to use in the aftermath of an abusive relationship. It helps to enhance all types of love, most notably a love for yourself that you so richly deserve but may have obstacles toward realizing. Lithium Quartzwould be another good choice as it helps to calm anxiety, and Black Tourmaline is excellent for protection from negative energy, which can increase your feelings of safety.
