Hello my Healing Crystal family. I recently had surgery and would like to know what crystals I can wear and surround myself with to help with healing and pain. I have been wearing my clear quartz but I'm sure there may be something more for this ailment. Thank you.

Dear C,

Thank you for your question.

I'd suggest grounding stones for vitality and physical energy (such as Black Tourmaline, Pyrite, Red Jasper, Bloodstone, Garnet or Ruby), stones that help you be gentle towards yourself (Green Aventurineand Rose Quartz) and two stones that help strengthen the immune system (Fluorite and Amethyst).

As you are reading this recommendation and checking out the photos of these stones, see if you feel an influx of positive/hopeful/optimistic energy when you look at the specific ones--this would be your body telling you what it needs the most at the moment.

So, take the list above as the starting point and enjoy exploring crystals and listening to your body.

My recommendation is to use at maximum three or four crystals at one time, and to stay with them for a period of time (about three weeks) in order to see how they affect you. Please make sure to cleanse them regularly, so they can remain highly functioning for you. If you are not familiar with the cleansing methods, take a look at this article

Wishing you a speedy recovery!

We look forward to hearing from you and please feel free to contact us with any questions.

I hope that these recommendations can be of assistance and that crystals grace your journey with love and light.

Crystal Blessings!
