I have osteoarthritis and my hands, hips and knees are very painful. The cold weather and damp make me very stiff and painful. Can you recomend some crystal I could get as a necklace or bracelet? Thank you. Regards.

I am so sorry to hear about how you have been suffering in the cold and damp weather with hands, hips and knees. Before I offer some recommendations I must remind you that crystals are for healing and should be used as a compliment to other therapies and not as a replacement for regular medical care. Crystals are not a medical treatment and should not be used as a replacement for medical care. Please consult your healthcare specialist for your particular needs.
The three crystals that I would recommend are Malachite, Amberand Fluorite. Malachitehas very strong healing properties for many maladies and it is particularly helpful with arthritic symptoms and pain. Fluoritehas a very calming influence that will reduce the pain and swelling and Amberis another crystal that alleviates pain and suffering. We have several necklaces, pendants and bracelets that could be easily worn. I particularly like the stretch bracelets. They are very generous in size, very light and comfortable to wear and easy to get on and off. I always wear several myself and find them very energetic and healing.
