Hi there -- Here's the deal. I am cavity-prone (esp.root canals) and was thinking of making an elixir with Aquamarine and Fluorite.I'd like to try to strengthen my teeth so I don't get as many (or none!) cavities. I'd like to try crystal healing, but I wouldn't know where to start. And yes, I have all the dental work done! Thanks for any help/suggestions.

Thanks for reaching out to us with your question. I am sorry to hear that you have problems with your teeth. An Amazonite elixir is very useful for tooth decay. Try using it as a mouthwash 3x a day. You are correct that Fluorite and Aquamarine are also both helpful for problems with the teeth. Cavansite can promote healing in your teeth and Calcite is a great crystal for strengthening teeth. You can try making elixirs with these crystals or you can place them directly on skin near the problem areas.
Oil pulling with coconut oil can also help to slow tooth decay and cavities. Here is an article from Dr. Mercola’s website with more information on the benefits of coconut oil and oil pulling. If you have weak enamel, you could also try vitamin supplements to strengthen your teeth.
